These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern this website and the PartsMeshIO waitlist. They are issued by PartsMeshIO, a technology company based in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Contact us at hello@partsmeshio.com. Company particulars are on our Company page.

These Terms apply to the public marketing site and waitlist only. They are not a contract to supply the PartsMeshIO application, tenancy, or any paid product. Product terms will be published when the application is offered.

By using this website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you join the waitlist you must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy before we collect your details.

Joining the waitlist is a request to hear from us when an MVP or related product is ready. It is not a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of access, pricing, or a launch date. We may accept, decline, or close the waitlist, and we may contact you using the details you provide.

You must provide accurate information and a work email you are authorised to use. You must not submit another person’s details without their authority.

You may browse this site for information about PartsMeshIO. You must not: misuse the waitlist; attempt to probe, disrupt, or overload the site; scrape or harvest personal data; introduce malware; or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

The PartsMeshIO name, site content, design, and media are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as allowed by law or with our written permission. Hero media attribution, where required, is described in the site files.

Content on this site is general information about a software product in development. It is not legal, procurement, or investment advice and is not an offer capable of acceptance.

This website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, data, or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or waitlist. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales or under mandatory EU or UK consumer law.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects rights you cannot contract out of. You may have the right to bring a claim in the courts of your home country.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution resources where they apply, without prejudice to your right to go to court.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. If you continue to use the site after a change, the new Terms apply to that use. Waitlist members may be notified at the email they provided where a change is material.
